                                       Payment Schedule


If your arrival date is more then three months from your date of booking:

Initial payment of $100 US per week renting will be due on your date of booking.
Second payment, equal to half of balance, will be due three months prior to your date of arrival.
Final balance will be due two months prior to your date of arrival.


If your arrival date is less than three months from your date of booking but more then two months

Initial payment, equal to half of your total balance, will be due on your date of booking.
Final balance will be due two months prior to your date of arrival.


If your arrival date is less then two months from date of booking:
The total balance of your condo rental will be due on your date of booking.




Exchange Rates:
Please note that the actual amount of your payment will be based on US dollars.
However, you are welcome to pay for your stay in the currency of your choice.
